Since 1990, Neil Lipperini, PE has provided professional structural engineering services as the sole principal and responsible professional engineer of Lipperini Engineering. During that time, work has included structural engineering analysis, design, consultation, studies and reports for a variety of institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Mr. Lipperini is registered to practice in multiple states and has personally been involved in work including design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber construction. Mr. Lipperini has been responsible for preparation of documents for numerous structural engineering design projects including school additions, medical office buildings, commercial buildings, institutional facilities, and industrial/process plants. Mr. Lipperini has been responsible for the design of virtually all types of building superstructures and foundations including ordinary, shallow reinforced concrete footings as well as drilled caissons, mats, concrete pilings, and timber pile foundations. For each project or work effort produced under the direction of Mr. Lipperini since 1990, he has assumed the responsibility of Engineer of Record. Mr. Lipperini has successfully completed and signed and sealed work in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Mississippi, and Alabama.
